RETURN POLICY & TERMS OF PURCHASE

• Personalized products cannot be returned unless product is defective.

• Defective products must be returned within 10 business days.

• All sales are final.  No refunds, only exchanges.  Once an order is taken, it cannot be cancelled.

• Who Am I Production is not responsible for customer's faulty equipment, including VCR's or CD Players (i.e.: non-functional or dirty equipment)

• Who Am I Production is not responsible for products damaged by the child, such as touching or pulling on the VHS tape or touching the back of the CD.

• Who Am I Production is not responsible for incorrect spelling or enunciation of child's name.  All orders must have the phonetic spelling and correct spelling of the child's name.

• All orders must have a phone number in order to ensure phonetic spelling and correct enunciation of the child's name.

• Shipping and handling charges are not limited to postage only.

• Who Am I Productions is not responsible for orders with the wrong spelling given to the order desk by the customer at the time the order was taken.
